Instructions for Authors
Topics of Interest
The workshop welcomes submissions on cutting-edge research and applications in the following areas:
- Personalisation in Human-Robot Interaction (HRI)
- User modeling and adaptive robotics
- Socially intelligent and affective robots
- AI for rehabilitation and assistive robotics
- Context and situation awareness
- Dialogue systems and non-verbal communication
- Ethical, legal, and societal aspects of assistive robotics
- Evaluation metrics and clinical outcomes
Submission Guidelines
All submitted papers will be evaluated by at least two members of the program committee, based on originality, significance, relevance and technical quality. Papers should be formatted according to the CEUR-WS's single-column style. We look for contributions submitted as Extended Abstracts (at least 5 pages + references) to present original work, work-in-progress or work already presented in other venues. The author(s) will be required to orally present their paper to workshop attendees. Submissions must be made through the EasyChair conference system: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=icsrf4mrws At least one of the authors should register and take part at the conference to make the presentation.
Publication
Accepted abstracts will be published in the CEUR Workshop Proceedings (indexed in Scopus).
Selected high-quality contributions may be invited to submit extended versions for publication in a journal special issue (e.g., International Journal of Social Robotics, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing).

Participation
